The agricultural sector faces climate challenges such as droughts, floods, and heat waves, requiring more efficient resource management and the implementation of sustainable farming practices. The digitalization of agriculture, through data collection and processing, promotes informed decision-making. In this context, the use of space technologies is emerging, leading to the transformation of the agricultural sector. To improve the current situation, innovative solutions are being proposed, based on best practices, cutting-edge research, and transnational actions using Earth observation imagery and tools, precision agriculture, and space-based telecommunications. The project also fosters interaction and capacity building among stakeholders in both sectors, thereby facilitating joint innovation.
