CONTEXT
The ASCA project is a European project funded by the Interreg SUDOE programme, which strengthen the collaboration between universities, training centres and companies in order to support the sustainable industrial transition of agro-industrial SMEs in France, Spain and Portugal.
As part of this project, Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation, in collaboration with two other French partners, Bordeaux Polytechnic Institute and Montpellier Agro Institute, is coordinating the recruitment of agro-industrial companies in France. In thiscapacity, Agri Sud-Ouest innovation aims to recruit 15 SMEs in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and 10 SMEs in the Occitanie region.
MISSION
The objective of the mission is to identify and select the companies taking part in the project.
Working closely with Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation, the service provider will be specifically responsible for:
– Communicating the key points of the ASCA project to agri-food companies within its network
– Identifying at least 15 agri-food SMEs in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and 10 agri-food SMEs in Occitanie willing to take part in the project’s training and innovation support programme
– For these participating companies, identifying the peolpe who wish to be involved in the training, highlighting the potential innovation project to be carried out as part of the Pilot Action, and ensuring that the teams are available to meet the deadlines set out in the project schedule.
DEADLINE
Companies must be recruited between July and December 2026.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Any element deemed relevant by the service provider and mentioned in the application will be evaluated.
The evaluation grid is as follows :
- Cost
- Relevance of the proposed approach to assist Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation
- Expertise in the agri-food sector and knowledge of agri-food companies in Nouvelle Aquitaine and Occitanie regions.
- Reactivity of the proposed service
In the event that no proposal responding to this call for tenders is deemed satisfactory, the consortium reserves the right not to select any service provider.
